Great Island Boatyard approached BSD with nothing more than the idea of needing a sign. After a few initial design briefs, it was apparent they were looking more for an architectural marker vs. a traditional sign. Excited for the opportunity to create something outside of the norm, BSD ultimately settled on this vertical monument projecting strength and stability.
